Coastguard Cottage has everything you need if you are looking for a holiday cottage accommodation in Wells next the sea, North Norfolk for up to 6 people plus a baby.
We provide towels, quality linen and a cot and highchair are available – so that’s less for you to bring.
As well as an enclosed garden, we have a garage with games.
When its colder we have full gas central heating which we can turn on remotely so that the cottage will be nice and warm for your arrival. For cosy evenings, we have a wood burner in the lounge.
We also have off-street parking for 3 cars, so no need to worry about parking which can often be a headache during busy periods.

The lounge is a spacious room, it has:
A large, corner sofa which seats 6.
A widescreen 32″ LCD smart TV.
A woodburner which is great for winter evenings
A dvd player with a selection of dvds to suit all ages.
A selection of board games, toys, books, jigsaw puzzles etc. which should provide entertainment for the evenings or the occasional (hopefully very occasional) wet day.
French doors which open out onto a decking area with access to the garden.

Coastguard Cottage has a very well equipped family kitchen for all your self catering needs.
Everything you should need for your stay including:
