Coastguard Cottage can be booked directly through us. You can see the availability, check the prices and initiate a booking using our online form. There are no booking fees or hidden charges so you will be guaranteed that you will get the best price.
Weekly prices vary from £999 to £1825 depending on season (see below), that can be as low as £24/ person/ night.

How the Booking Process Works
Choose your dates in the calendar below, check the prices below, complete the form below it and click Send or if you want more info., just contact us via email or give us a call us.
We’ll get back to you usually the same day and send you a booking form. Once you’ve completed the booking form and paid the deposit, we’ll confirm your booking and send you information about the cottage and the area.

Prices
Coastguard Cottage can be booked from: Friday to Friday (full week), Monday to Friday (midweek 4 nights), Friday to Monday (weekend 3 nights). There is some flexibility out of high season but short breaks are only available out of the high season.
All prices are fully inclusive of all electricity, gas and heating. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Highchair and cot are provided free of charge.
We are dog friendly and only charge a small extra fee: £50 per visit, per dog to cover additional cleaning.

FAQs
Do you require a deposit? Yes — a 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
Are dogs welcome? Absolutely. We’re a dog‑friendly cottage with an enclosed garden. We charge £50 per dog which covers the extra cleaning involved.
Is parking available? Yes — space for up to three cars on the driveway is available.
Can I arrive early? We’ll always offer early check‑in when possible. Direct bookings get priority. If we cannot accommodate an early check-in then you can usually park at the cottage whilst you wander around Wells.
Can I book via third-parties? Coastguard Cottage is available on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc. but booking direct will ensure that you get the best price.
